Return and Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a service warranty for three months from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met: 

2.1 Product Packaging

• The product packaging must be intact and undamaged to qualify for service. 

2.2 Required Documentation and Components

• Customers must present the original purchase invoice. 

• The product box, with an intact iOOTE warranty sticker, must be included.
• All original components within the box, including accessories and manuals, should be present for the service warranty to be valid.

Additional Information

• The warranty policy is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser. 

• Any modifications, repairs, or unauthorized servicing of the product by third parties will void the warranty. 

In Addition to the following warranty policy, iOOTE holds the right to modify, add or remove any clause of the condition upon prior notice. For further inquiry or clarification, please contact iOOTE customer support.

নিম্নলিখিত শর্তগুলো পূরণ করা হলে গ্রাহকরা ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ৩ মাস, ৬ মাস এবং ১২ মাসের জন্য একটি পরিষেবা ওয়ারেন্টি পাওয়ার অধিকারী:

২.১ পণ্য প্যাকেজিং  

• প্রোডাক্টের প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত হতে হবে। যদি প্যাকেজিং পরিবর্তিত হয়, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় বা প্যাকেটের ভিতরে থাকা কোন কম্পোনেন্ট মিসিং থাকে, তাহলে উক্ত রিপ্লসেমেন্টটি কার্যকর হবে না।

২.২ প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টেশন এবং উপাদান

• গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই আসল ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস উপস্থাপন করতে হবে। 

• একটি অক্ষত iOOTE ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার সহ পণ্যের বক্স অবশ্যই অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে হবে। 

• সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি বৈধ হওয়ার জন্য প্রোডাক্টের সাথে থাকা আনুষাঙ্গিক এবং ম্যানুয়াল সহ বক্সের মধ্যে সমস্ত মূল উপাদান উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে৷ 

• ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য এবং শুধুমাত্র মূল ক্রেতার জন্য প্রযোজ্য। 

• তৃতীয় পক্ষের দ্বারা পণ্যের কোনো পরিবর্তন বা সার্ভিস করা হলে iOOTE এর সকল সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। 

উল্লেখিত ওয়ারেন্টি নীতির পাশাপাশি, iOOTE পূর্ব নোটিশের ভিত্তিতে শর্তের যেকোনো ধারা সংশোধন, যোগ বা অপসারণের অধিকার রাখে। ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত কোন বিষয়ে কোন জিজ্ঞাসা থাকলে অনুগ্রহ করে iOOTE কাস্টোমার সার্ভিস নাম্বারে যোগাযোগ করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
