30-Day Replacement Guarantee

Customers may request a replacement within 30 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

1.1 Product Packaging

The original packaging must be intact and undamaged. If the packaging is altered, damaged, or missing, the replacement guarantee is void.

1.2 Product Condition

The product should be free of any external damage, including but not limited to:

  • Water damage
  • Dents or rust
  • Stains
  • Electrical damage
  • Broken wires or other physical defects

1.3 Fresh Condition

The product must appear in like-new, fresh condition. Any signs of forceful handling or misuse will void the replacement guarantee.

3-Months, 6 Months & 12 Months Service Warranty (Based on product)

Customers are entitled to a service warranty for three (3), six (6) & twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

2.1 Product Packaging

The product packaging MUST be intact and undamaged to qualify for service.

2.2 Required Documentation and Components

  • Customers MUST present the original purchase invoice.
  • The product box, with an intact iOOTE warranty sticker, must be included.
  • All original components within the box, including accessories and manuals, should be present for the service warranty to be valid.

Additional Requirement

  • The warranty policy is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser.
  • Any modifications, repairs, or unauthorized servicing of the product by third parties will void the warranty.
  • Any product that requires warranty will have to be sent to our address via courier/any means that may seem fit. After receiving and verifying the nature of the warranty, iOOTE will provide necessary service within seven (7) business days.

৩০ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি
নিম্নলিখিত শর্ত পূরণ করা হলে গ্রাহকরা পণ্য ক্রয়ের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে একটি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি পাবেন:
1.1 প্রোডাক্ট প্যাকেজিং
প্রোডাক্টের প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত হতে হবে। যদি প্যাকেজিং পরিবর্তিত হয়, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় বা প্যাকেটের ভিতরে থাকা কোন কম্পোনেন্ট মিসিং থাকে, তাহলে উক্ত রিপ্লসেমেন্টটি কার্যকর হবে না।
1.2 প্রোডাক্টের কন্ডিশন
যে সকল কারণে পণ্যের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট কিংবা সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি অকার্যকর বলে গণ্য হতে পারে তা নিম্নে তুলে ধরা হল। উল্লেখ্য যে প্রোডাক্টের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট এবং সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র নিম্নলিখিত কারনগুলোর মধ্যেই সীমাবদ্ধ নয় –  
  • পানি দ্বারা হওয়া ক্ষতি।
  • বেঁকে যাওয়া কিংবা মরিচা ধরে যাওয়া
  • দাগ বসে যাওয়া।
  • বৈদ্যুতিক ক্ষতি।
  • ছেঁড়া তার বা অন্যান্য ফিজিকাল ড্যামেজ।
1.3 ফ্রেশ কন্ডিশন
প্রোডাক্টটি অবশ্যই ফ্রেশ কন্ডিশনে ফেরত দিতে হবে। রাফ হ্যান্ডলিং বা অপব্যবহারের কোনো চিহ্ন দেখা গেলে উক্ত গ্যারান্টিটি বাতিল বলে গন্য করা হবে।
৩-মাস, ৬ মাস এবং ১২ মাস সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি (পণ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে)
নিম্নলিখিত শর্তগুলো পূরণ করা হলে গ্রাহকরা ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ৩ মাস, ৬ মাস এবং ১২ মাসের জন্য একটি সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি পাওয়ার অধিকারী:
2.1 পণ্য প্যাকেজিং
প্রোডাক্টের প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত হতে হবে। যদি প্যাকেজিং পরিবর্তিত হয়, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় বা প্যাকেটের ভিতরে থাকা কোন কম্পোনেন্ট মিসিং থাকে, তাহলে উক্ত রিপ্লসেমেন্টটি কার্যকর হবে না।
2.2 প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টেশন এবং উপাদান
গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই আসল ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস উপস্থাপন করতে হবে।
  • একটি অক্ষত iOOTE ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার সহ পণ্যের বক্স অবশ্যই অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে হবে।
  • সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি বৈধ হওয়ার জন্য প্রোডাক্টের সাথে থাকা আনুষাঙ্গিক এবং ম্যানুয়াল সহ বক্সের মধ্যে সমস্ত মূল উপাদান উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে৷
  • ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য এবং শুধুমাত্র মূল ক্রেতার জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
  • তৃতীয় পক্ষের দ্বারা পণ্যের কোনো পরিবর্তন বা সার্ভিস করা হলে iOOTE এর সকল সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
  • কোন প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি পেতে হলে সম্মানিত পার্টনারকে অবশ্যই উক্ত প্রোডাক্টটি iOOTE এর হাবে সরাসরি কুরিয়ার কিংবা রাইডার দিয়ে পাঠিয়ে দিতে হবে। প্রোডাক্টটি পাওয়ার পর উপযুক্ত পরীক্ষা-নিরীক্ষা করে ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে iOOTE সাত (৭) কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে উক্ত প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টির পরবর্তী ধাপ নিশ্চিত করবে।
